Massage Therapy is our passion
Our massage therapists are confident in their ability to help you with your needs. We work together to find the right therapist, protocol, time, and treatment that you need as an individual. Our focus is to provide the high quality massage you deserve, to feel your best!
We offer a wide array of massage modalities. If you are unsure of which massage to book, please contact our office at email@example.com or call us at 410-549-7711 and we can help find the right massage for you. Specialty Massages require special set up on our part. If you have specific aches and pains that need addressed, they will be discussed with your therapist prior to your service to make sure you leave feeling better.
The pressure used is much firmer and more specific than in Swedish. The therapist works closely with the client to find the depth needed to achieve the release of muscular tension. Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. Available in 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes.
Before your massage and stretch session, your therapist will discuss with you which area/s you would like to focus on. For best results, we recommend having a specific focus area or two, as opposed to your whole body, because it allows for more time to help create change in your most bothersome problem areas. During your normal massage session, your therapist will warm your muscle tissue by kneading, lengthening, and releasing knots. Afterwards, you will redress (we recommend wearing movable athletic clothing), and you therapist will assist you during a series of customized stretches that complement both the goals of the session and your massage.
Sports massage is designed to help sore and tense muscles relax so you’ll be ready for your next workout. A combination of skilled stretching, petrissage, effleurage, and Deep Tissue may be incorporated throughout the massage depending on the desired outcome, whether it is to get ready for your next event or to recover from strenuous exercise. Available in 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Please arrive clean and wearing comfortable clothing.
By creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping softens tight muscles, loosens adhesions, and lifts connective tissue. Conditions that respond well to massage cupping include, but are not limited to, fibromyalgia, sciatica, TMJ, arthritis, sluggish colon, IBS, scars, and adhesions. Available in 30 minutes or add on to custom massage.
For moms who are past the first trimester, this gentle form of massage combines several techniques and uses special supports to help promote comfort during the session. Massage during pregnancy helps relieve muscle soreness, allowing mom to experience relaxation. Available in 60 or 90 minutes.

A gentle modality aimed at stretching out the body’s connective tissue (the most abundant tissue in the body that wraps around muscles and tendons) thereby relieving muscular tension. The process of stretching is slow, allowing for realignment of the body’s basic structure and deep relaxation of long-held tension.
Detoxifying, gentle, relaxing bodywork techniques help reconnect the body. Special cushions provide comfort for mastectomy patients. Massage is good for either the caregiver or the loved one. A doctor’s note may be required. Available in 30 or 60 minutes
Thai herbal massage uses a heated ball filled with Thai herbs and spices (lemongrass, tumeric, prai, kaiffier lime, camphor, and tamarind). The herb-filled ball is pressed on acupressure lines using Swedish massage strokes. This technique helps relax and detoxify the body, increase blood flow, stimulate the lymphatic system, and reduce muscle tightness.
We are excited to offer Thai massage, which decreases pain and increases flexibility. Unlike a traditional massage, this bodywork is usually performed on a mat on the floor and involves heavy tapotement, deep kneading, and lots of stretching. The stretches resemble yoga poses, except that the client is completely relaxed! The therapist does all of the active stretches. Schedule your next appointment with Amanda, and please remember to wear comfortable, preferrably atheltic, clothing!
