Cancellation & No Show Policy
We do understand life can throw a twist or turn last minute, we can be very understanding, so please give us a call if you are not able to make your appointment on time or at all.
Should you fail to show up for your appointment, we will gladly reschedule that appointment one time. Following the first"no show" or providing less than 24 hours notice cancellation, a credit card will be required to reserve the appointment time. A cancellation fee is incurred for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. You will be charged 50% of your service cost.
Are you new to our wellness center? We welcome you! We do request a credit card number or Gift Card number to hold your appointment. Please have these available when making your appointment. If you are booking online, we will follow up with you in order to record these items on your file. If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, your credit card will be charged the above-noted amounts unless we hear from you.
Parties of 2 or more require special preparation on our part. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your space. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
All Purchases: We fully stand behind our services and products. Should you find yourself dissatisfied, please contact us at email@example.com or call 410-549-7711. We will not issue any refunds. Account credits only.
Inclement Weather Policy
Oh that weather can be quite tricky. We do our best to keep appointment times as is. Should we need to cancel appointments or classes, you will be contacted by phone, text, or email to reschedule as soon as possible.
If we plan to open late or close, we will post on Facebook and our website by 7:30am and start contacting clients at 9am.
Appointment Reservations & Reminders
As a courtesy we do offer phone, text and/or email reminders in advance. Please make sure you are actively enrolled to do so with your preference. If you need any help enrolling, our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.
We highly recommend that you reserve your next appointment(s) prior to leaving the center. We love to be able to guarantee you the time and day that works best with your schedule.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your session As commission-based professionals, gratuity is never required but always appreciated. Please see our suggested ranges below. Thank you for your generosity.
60 minutes - $15-$20
90 minutes - $20-$30
120 minutes - $30-$40
P.S. We reduce paper waste by not using gratuity envelopes. Please leave gratuity either directly with your therapist or with the front desk associate.
When using a gift card to pay for services or products, we cannot apply discounts to your final bill due to the high probability the gift card was already purchased with a discount. Thank you for understanding. Physical Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years after date of purchase. One year after date of purchase, all gift cards will revert back to dollar value. Account Credits and Payments will expire one year from date of purchase.
